Intrazone telephone connections (conversations) provided using a password are paid at an urgent rate. If the subscriber (user) indicated an incorrect subscriber number of the called subscriber device, then the subscriber is charged a fee in the amount of the cost of the duration of the established telephone connection at the tariff in force for this order. If the subscriber (user) indicated in the order the number of the subscriber device, which is not available in the called locality, then the subscriber is charged a fee in the amount of the cost of 2 minutes of connection at the tariff at which the call order was accepted. If the number of the called subscriber has changed as a result of system changes on the PBX of the called locality, or the dialing procedure for the called subscriber has changed, then within 1 month from the date of introduction of the changes, the fee specified in this paragraph will not be charged. There is no charge for an intra-zonal telephone connection established with the help of a telephone operator if it fails through no fault of the subscriber (user). The provision of intrazonal telephone connections using electronic cards to universal payphones is paid at a discount of 10% from the current tariff of Article 1* at the time of provision of the service.
