The thing was that the system volume information folder stores backup copies of recovery points, and I had 253 GB of these points, and I started cleaning it. After that, at the specified time, Windows will execute the created command. Please note that the generated .bat file cannot be deleted or moved so that the system can access it every time the script is executed.
