4. The warranty period for cartridges for inkjet devices is 90 days from the date of sale; for a ribbon cartridge for a photo printer is 90 days from the date of sale; for all cartridges for laser devices is 6 months from the date of sale. Cartridges are understood as replaceable cassettes containing toner, ink necessary for the printing process, as well as photo rollers, image transfer ribbons, and a ribbon cartridge for a photo printer, if they are installed separately in the device. The warranty is terminated if the original toner (ink, ribbon in the photo printer cartridge) runs out in the cartridge (controlled by the weight of the cartridge and (or) by the readings of the built-in chip).
5. The warranty period for external power supplies and (or) chargers, mobile phone batteries included with the product, and batteries built into the product is 12 months from the date of sale, other batteries included with the product is 6 months from the date sales. The warranty period for backlight lamps for projectors is 12 months from the date of sale of the projector or 1000 hours of operation, whichever comes first.
Free service does not apply to these accessories.
6. Warranties and free service do not apply to the following accessories included in the product package, if their replacement does not involve disassembling the product:

A) remote controls, batteries (batteries), lighting lamps;
b) connecting cables, antennas, and adapters for them, headphones, microphones, hands-free devices (headsets, with the exception of Bluetooth hands-free); storage media of various types (disks with software and drivers, memory cards), external input/output devices and manipulators;
V) cases, bags, belts, carrying cords, mounting hardware, tools, documentation supplied with the product;
G) to software (software) and drivers supplied with the product on various types of storage media (including, but not limited to, software pre-installed on the hard drive of the product), as well as the need to reinstall and configure the software, unless , when this need is caused by a defect in the product that arose through the fault of the Manufacturer.

Additionally for:

d) refrigerators: odor absorbers, air purifiers (biodeodorizers), filters, shelves, drawers, stands and other containers for storing food;
e) microwave ovens, ovens and hobs: on plates, skewers, racks, dishes, baking sheets, lids, cleaning scrapers and burner dividers;
and) vacuum cleaners: for hoses, tubes, brushes, nozzles, dust collectors, filters;
h) washing machines and dishwashers: on hoses for water supply;

The list of such parts and their service life is indicated in the User's Manual for each specific model. Their replacement is carried out by authorized service centers on a reimbursable basis.

7. The manufacturer does not bear warranty obligations and does not provide free service for the product in the following cases:

A) if a product intended for personal (household, family) needs was used for business activities, as well as for other purposes not corresponding to its intended purpose;
b) violation of the rules and operating conditions for installing the product set out in the User Manual and other documentation provided to the consumer along with the product;
V) if the product shows signs of unqualified repair attempts;
G) if the defect is caused by a change in the design or circuit of the product, or by connecting external devices not provided by the Manufacturer;
d) if the defect is caused by force majeure, accidents, intentional or careless actions of the consumer or third parties;
e) if mechanical damage is detected that occurred after the product was handed over to the consumer; damage caused by exposure to moisture, high or low temperatures, corrosion, oxidation, or the entry of foreign objects, substances, liquids, insects or animals into the product;
and) if you need to clean audio-video heads, drives for reading information from various types of media;
h) if the damage (deficiencies) is caused by the influence of computer viruses and similar programs; installing, changing or deleting product passwords (codes), modifying and (or) reinstalling pre-installed product software, installing and using third-party software (non-original), formatting hard drives, using service codes;
And) if the defect arose due to natural wear and tear during use of the product. In this case, natural wear and tear refers to the consequences of using a product that has caused a deterioration in its technical condition and appearance due to long-term use of this product;
To) if damage (deficiencies) are caused by non-compliance with standards or technical regulations of power supply, cable, telecommunication networks, radio signal power, including due to terrain features and other similar external factors, use of the product at the border or outside the network coverage area;
l) if damage is caused by the use of non-standard (non-original) and (or) low-quality (damaged) consumables, accessories, spare parts, batteries, storage media of various types (including, but not limited to audio-video cassettes, CDs, DVDs, memory cards , SIM cards, cartridges);
m) if the shortcomings are caused by receiving, installing and using incompatible content (ringtones, graphics, videos and other files, Java applications and similar programs).

8. Configuration and installation (assembly, connection, etc.) of the product described in the documentation attached to it can be performed either by the user himself or by specialists from the US center of the relevant profile and selling companies (on a paid basis). In this case, the person (organization) that installed the product is responsible for the correctness and quality of installation (setting).
