By default, importing and exporting passwords in the Google Chrome browser is disabled. To enable this experimental feature, you must complete the following steps:
Step1. In the Google Chrome browser, paste the following command into the address bar and select “Enabled” in the drop-down menu in the “Import and export passwords” field.

The Old Way to Backup Google Chrome
