Registration and personal account

To make purchases, registration on the store's website is required. This procedure is quick and will not take much of your time. Registration is required to complete transactions and track transactions with goods. You will be able to track all your purchases in your personal account. An email will be required to register. Click on the delivery method convenient for you and fill in additional information: street, house, apartment.

Placing an order on Ozon.ru

Payment for goods is possible by any means available to you online. By default, it is proposed to make a payment by credit card, but you can change the payment method by clicking on the corresponding button.

If you choose Pickup, then the payment option is available upon receipt of the goods at the point of issue.

So, we check all the data and click on the button Confirm order.

A page appears with a message about the order made and its number. Using the number, you can track the movement of the goods to your post office. If you receive your order at a pick-up point, you must provide the number upon receipt.

A reminder message about your order will be sent to your email and mobile phone.

  • “Order is being delivered” – the vehicle with your order has left for the address specified in the order.

    At this stage, we transport the goods to the place of receipt (store, online store, or the address specified in your order).

  • “Order is ready for pickup” – you can come and pick up your order from a store or online store.

    All details necessary to receive the order are indicated in sms/e-mail.

  • “Order issued” – Thank you for your purchase! We are waiting for you again!
  • “Change of order, confirmation required” – there is a need to change the terms of the order and agree on them with you.

    In such situations, we always call you to agree on changes and offer solutions.

  • “The order was not issued to the client, clarification is required” - on the day of delivery the goods were not handed over to you and returned to the warehouse, wait for a call from our operator.

    This status only applies to delivery orders. The order may not be issued for a number of reasons, for example, they did not find you at home and were unable to contact you. In such cases, we will definitely call you to agree on a new delivery time or change the order.

  • “Order canceled by customer” – we received a request from you and canceled the order.

    You will receive an SMS/email notifying you of your order cancellation. If you have not canceled your order, please contact us.

  • “The order has been cancelled. The shelf life of the product has expired” – Your order was stored in the store until the specified date and no one picked it up.

    This status only applies to pickup orders. We store the order for up to 5 days from the date of notification of readiness for pickup, after which the order is cancelled. You receive an SMS/e-mail about the expiration of the storage period and cancellation of the order.

  • “Order canceled due to technical reasons” – a serious technical problem occurred.

    This happens very rarely and in such situations it is not always possible to understand when the problem will be solved. We honestly tell you about this so that you can make a decision: place an order later or order from another store.

Changing or canceling an order

After placing your order, you can contact us (not on the day of delivery) by calling the contact center and giving your order number:

  • change delivery time and address;
  • change the composition of the order;
  • cancel your order.

In case the order contains:

  • more than 5 units of goods with the same article number in the amount of 5,000 rubles and this product does not belong to accessories (products that belong to accessories are always located in the corresponding section of each product group on the website);
  • more than 10 units of goods with different articles and the total cost of the order exceeds 250,000 rubles;

3.8. Please indicate the delivery method and address if you missed this item earlier. If you have any questions or suggestions, please indicate them in the comments to your order. Then click the "Place Order" button.


3.9. Congratulations! Your order has been successfully placed. Wait for the manager to call to confirm your order. If you have questions, be sure to ask them to a store employee.



4. We control the fulfillment of orders

The process of production, packaging and shipping of an order may not always be interesting to you as a buyer. But sometimes it is important to know at what stage the order is: is it in the set or has already been sent, what delivery service was sent and what is the tracking number for the parcel.
