Attention: we do not recommend setting a too long melody or even a song for the SMS signal. This can lead to the fact that when you do not have the opportunity to immediately pick up the phone, it will start playing the track to the end, and not like in the case of a call: where the signal lasts less than a minute until the connection is broken.

  1. Let's say we are listening to a song. In order to immediately set it as a ringtone, tap on the player menu button.

Note: in our case the player is called Poweramp; in other players this function may not work. Often it is simply located in a different place.

  1. In the drop-down menu, find the “Call” item and simply click on it.
