  4. When the operation is completed, the client will receive a confirmation SMS with information about the operation.

When transferring through UNISTREAM, you need to do everything by analogy with the instructions described, but uni is indicated at the beginning of the message, and the currency is not indicated at the end. The rest of the algorithm is similar.

To use Russian Post pick-up points, you must go to the page http://moskva.beeline.ru/customers/how-to-pay/oplatit-so-scheta/. In the open menu, fill in all the details and press the payment button. In the beginning there was PayCash…

In 1998, a group of graduates from the Faculty of Physics and Mechanics of Leningrad State University, led by the current CEO of MOBI.Money, launched the PayCash project.

To determine the optimal payment model on the Internet, all payment solutions that existed in the world at that time were analyzed.

PayCash became the first project in Russia to create electronic money for the Internet. It was a digital analogue of cash offline: anonymous, inexpensive, reliable and did not require an intermediary in the form of a bank when making payments. The technology development group was led by mathematician Ildar Khamitov.

The PayCash payment system was launched in 2000.

The PayCash system is based on the classic “digital cash” technology of David Chaum (e-cash system). Digital cash is a perpetual secure digital certificate that can be used for payments over the Internet and is backed by ordinary money at the time of presentation. The basis of Chaum's system was the so-called “blind” signature. The issuer placed such an electronic signature on a digital certificate, without knowing who initiated the issue and where this certificate was sent. The system was distributed: most of the information was stored not on the central server, but on user servers, which made operations less expensive. To protect against copying and to ensure anonymity, each “electronic coin” issued was changed after each transaction.

PayCash was based on Chaum's technology, but also had a number of its own original improvements. Patents were obtained in Russia, the USA and other countries, which confirmed the originality of the development of the PayCash authors.

The system technology has been examined by the world's leading cryptography centers, which confirmed the patent independence of PayCash from Chaum's technology. Chaum himself also praised PayCash's original ideas.

The security of PayCash technology has been highly praised by the CounterpaneSystems cryptography center. CounterpaneSystems CEO Bruce Schneier is an internationally recognized cryptographer and information security expert, and his Center advises the FBI, CIA and the US Department of Defense on information security and cryptography issues.

The PayCash electronic payment system was built on the following principle: the system was based on a processing center and software applications - wallets, which were installed on users’ computers. The processing center performed the functions of depositing and withdrawing money into the system and confirmed the authenticity of digital money at the time of the transaction. Certificates were generated in user wallets.

System security was ensured by a complete audit of operations and reliable closure of private information. All transactions were signed with the keys of three parties (sender, recipient, processing center) and were additionally encrypted. This meant that the system was protected from both external hacking and operator errors.

Data could be stored and processed distributedly in wallets on users' computers, and not just on a central server. Therefore, there was no need to use special expensive servers.

The system's features and benefits have been highly praised by the Internet community, and the system has received several prestigious awards, including the National Internet Award in 2000. Many experts noted the revolutionary nature of such a system for the Internet. However, after the September 11 terrorist attack, attitudes towards anonymous payments changed dramatically, and requirements for payment systems and banks became more stringent. The project management decided to move away from anonymity and to further develop a system based on web wallets.

Almost 20 years after the launch of the project, it can be argued that the system created then was significantly ahead of its time in its qualities. The demand for digital money appeared only in the late 2000s, along with the massive distribution of laptops, smartphones and tablets, and the growth of e-commerce and mobile commerce. Bitcoins, based on blockchain technology, have become widespread in this wave. The PayCash system is somewhat related and precedes the blockchain: for example, in both systems, asymmetric encryption and hash functions are used. But there are many differences. It can be argued that in some properties, for example, in the speed of transactions, PayCash is superior to Bitcoin.

You can make a money transfer from your mobile number. But mobile operators do not actively highlight this function itself, because not everyone knows how to transfer money from Beeline to a card. Among other operations, withdrawal of funds is one of the most popular.

Almost all subscribers have the opportunity to use services for withdrawing funds. However, the function is available to those who are at least 14 years old. This norm is regulated by current legislation. There are other restrictions that will prevent you from receiving a sum of money:

  • The account owner has the opportunity to transfer funds only to 5 different Sberbank cards.
  • You can make a transfer from two cards at once to only one account.
  • There are clear financial restrictions on translation. At one time, the amount is limited from 50 to 14,000 rubles.
  • Restrictions on withdrawal of money within a day in the amount of 14,000 rubles, month and year - 40,000 rubles.

If you violate one of these rules, the system automatically blocks the transfer and reports an error.

Commission

A small commission is often charged for providing services. A money transfer from a mobile phone to a bank card is no exception. Depending on the amount sent to the card, the final commission will differ. If the transfer is equal to or less than 1000 rubles, then a fixed cost of 50 rubles will be required to pay for the services. In other cases, the commission amount will be based on 5.95% of the transfer amount + 10 rubles.

Transfer through the official website money Beeline ru

But here you can also transfer money from Beeline to a card in a few minutes. When you go to the appropriate tab, you must select which payment system the card belongs to: MasterCard, Visa or Maestro.

To transfer you must indicate:

  • bank plastic card number, usually 16 or 18 digits;
  • phone number from where the transfer will be made;
  • indicate the amount of the money transfer.

The website automatically calculates the write-off amount and adds the cost of the commission in advance. This way you can immediately understand whether you are satisfied with the terms of the transfer or whether you should refuse and use another method. If you are ready to pay the indicated amount, then agree by clicking on “Pay”. Afterwards, an SMS message will be sent to your phone confirming the operation. This additional protection allows you to avoid errors when filling out data.

Transfer money from a Beeline phone to a card via SMS

Sometimes, you may encounter a situation where you need to transfer money faster, but you don’t have a computer or tablet at hand. A good option would be the ability to directly transfer funds from a mobile phone to a Sberbank card. The operator has long provided the opportunity to use the SMS service for instant financial transactions.

To transfer funds to a bank card using your phone, you need to send a text message to 7878.

The SMS should consist of just a few pieces of information: the payment system code, the amount of the money transfer and the bank card number where you are sending the money.

Data must be written exactly, separated by regular spaces. You should not use periods and commas; the system does not recognize them well. The transfer amount is indicated in rubles and without the designation of kopecks.

Sometimes you may encounter a problem when you don’t know which payment system your card belongs to; this is especially common when sending money to someone else’s card. Finding a solution is simple, just write “card” in the message and the money will be sent to the owner of the plastic card.
