At the beginning of December 2017, the fiscal data operator OFD.RU launched the “Commercial Representation” agent scheme, under which a partner can independently set any price for fiscal data transmission services for its clients.

The owner of the cash register pays for the services of the fiscal data operator directly to the partner, who then transfers part of the funds for servicing the cash register to OFD.RU, keeping the remuneration amount for himself. In this case, the partner can set any price for connecting cash desks to the OFD. Thus, using this agent scheme, the partner receives funds immediately, rather than waiting for OFD.RU to transfer them to him.

According to OFD.RU, this scheme of work is convenient for partners who work with turnkey clients and do not send them to buy services from OFD or other companies. To start working according to the “Commercial Representation” scheme, a partner needs to select it in the “Cashiers” section when adding a cash register. Then enter into an agreement with the client to connect to the OFD and make a registration report at the client’s cash register; it can be carried out by the partner himself or the owner of the cash register. After this, the client (or his partner) sends a registration report from the cash register, the OFD.RU server accepts this report and begins servicing this cash register.
