Automatic replenishment of the Internet package

• When the traffic in the Internet package ends, the “Automatic replenishment of the Internet package” service is activated;
• The service provides 200 MB of additional traffic for 89 tenge for a day Internet package and 200 MB for 89 tenge for a night one;
• The service is part of the tariff plan and is activated automatically, subject to the availability of funds to write off the service fee. In this case, the service can be disconnected and reconnected manually by dialing the disconnect command *360#/connect *361#;
• The unused balance of the Internet package accrued for the service is not carried over to the next period and is reset to zero by the date the subscription fee for the tariff plan is charged;
• The accrual of Internet traffic is limited to a limit of 60 GB per month - of which 30 GB per day and 30 GB per night, including the main volume of the Internet package according to the tariff plan.

Voluntary blocking

• Voluntary blocking allows you to freeze the subscription fee for the required period of time;
• The first connection of voluntary blocking is free, each subsequent connection is 50 tenge;
• Payment in the amount of 50 tenge is debited at the time of connection;
• After activating the voluntary blocking, unlimited calls within the network and charging the subscription fee will be blocked. Calls to numbers of other mobile operators in the Republic of Kazakhstan, SMS messages and the Internet package will remain available for use until the end of the current month;
• When voluntary blocking is disabled, the subscription fee will be charged for the period from the date the blocking was removed until the end of the month. The amount of debit and accrual of packages will depend proportionally on the remaining days of the current month. Example: if the blocking is disabled on October 22, the volume of packages and subscription fee will be calculated for the remaining 10 days out of 31 (from 22.10 to 31.10);
• The remainder of the packages from the previous accrual will be reset to zero after the subscription fee is charged;
• The subscription fee will be charged subject to the availability of funds on the balance;
• Attention, when the blocking is disabled, the subscription fee will be charged even if the blocking was turned on in the same calendar month, despite the availability of remaining Internet packages, calls to numbers of other mobile operators via the Republic of Kazakhstan and SMS;
• Voluntary blocking is controlled by dialing the connection commands *370#/disconnection *371#.
