Start Excel in Safe Mode

- on new entry right-click, select “Change” and enter 1 in the “Value” column, save the result.
Then restart your PC. If your MS Office 2010 registry is slow, then this method is the most effective.
If this does not help, then there is only one thing left: completely uninstall the Office package, delete the accompanying files special utility and spend clean install again.
